TL;DR: This project was to demonstrate my ability of deeply understanding trends by translating data into actionable story-driven insights.
I was given an excel sheet with 20,000 lines of data covering womenswear and beauty keywords. By analyzing the provided data, I pulled themes that were relevant to the time period. I considered industry shifts, consumer behavior trends, pop culture, social media, emerging brands, etc.
The content was then built out by writing one short paragraph that built a story around each theme. Each theme’s content included reference data keywords with their search growth (% to Last Year).
